POS Configuration

Prerequisites

• iOS 16 or later.
• Functioning back camera.
• NFC enabled device.
• Stable Wi-Fi connection.
• SnowCloud Compliant Bluetooth Credit Card Reader

1. Launch the SnowCloud Operator App.
2. Login with the same credentials as the SnowCloud Web Portal.

Add a Payment Device - Tap to Pay

1. Using the sidebar, browse to Apps > Peripherals
2. For Tap to Pay: Tap Set up Pay on Device
3. Tap Select Reader and choose Pay on Device
4. Tap Select Location and choose the desired location
5. Tap Connect
6. When prompted for location services, tap Always allow while using this device
7. Verify this screen displays Pay on Device Enabled

Add a Payment Device - Credit Card Reader

1. In the Operator App, using the sidebar, browse to Apps > Peripherals
2. Verify Credit Card Reader is on and ready for a Bluetooth connection
3. Tap the green + sign
4. From the Select reader… dropdown list, tap the correct CC Reader based on Serial #
5. From the Location dropdown list, tap the desired location
6. Tap Connect
7. If prompted to enable Bluetooth, tap OK
8. If it does not connect, verify the CC reader is on and the serial number matches what you’re attempting to connect to then try again

Begin a POS Session

1. Using the sidebar, browse to Shops.
2. Select desired POS Shop.
3. Tap LET’S GO!
4. Tap Continue
