Roles and Permissions
Terms
- Classification: A set of properties that all team members would inherit. Properties can include, roles, jobs, and entitlements.
- Roles: Overarching titles that have give an employee a baseline level of functionality
- Permissions: Give employees a specific set of functionality.
- Jobs: A list of current job titles at your property. These jobs can unlock specific functionality. Ex. Instructors, line cooks.
- Entitlements: Are rights given to a group of people in a classification. These entitlements can be for access or a discount.
Administrator
These classification types are for anyone who needs similar access as the account owner—- they can see and manage almost everything.
Account Owner
An Account Owner is a special type of Administrator that can perform all actions, including closing the account. There can only be one Owner for an account.

This role is for someone who needs to do more complex configurations who can add API keys

Account Security
These roles can invite additional users to your account, and if compromised by an attacker would allow them to invite users under their control.
- Add and manage all users
Manager
These classification types are for anyone who needs permissions to work or manage a part of the business—they can see and manage almost everything if given all the manager roles so be strategic when assigning roles with these permissions.
