Kitchen Display System (KDS)

The Kitchen Display System (KDS) displays incoming food and beverage orders in your kitchen, allowing staff to manage and fulfill orders efficiently. Orders appear on the KDS as they’re placed through the POS or online shop.

Where to Find KDS Screens

KDS screens are configured within individual F&B shops.

1. Click on Products in the left sidebar.

2. Under the F&B Products section, click on F&B Shops.

3. Click on the shop name to open the shop details.

4. Locate the KDS screens listed in the shop configuration.

   Not sure which are KDS screens?

   Each KDS screen should be labeled accordingly when created, but in the event you’re uncertain, look for Web KDS within the item name.

5. Click on a KDS screen name to open that display.

Using the KDS

Once opened, the KDS displays incoming orders for that shop. Kitchen staff can:

• View order details including items and any special instructions
• Mark items or orders as complete
• See how long orders have been waiting
