Mobile Device Management (MDM)
SnowCloud recommends using a Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform for managing resort-owned devices running the Operator App. An MDM helps you control device usage, prevent theft and misuse, and streamline app deployment across your fleet.

- Device Control: Remotely lock, wipe, or locate lost devices.
- App Deployment: Push the Operator App and updates to all devices automatically.
- Security: Enforce password policies and restrict device features.
- Inventory Management: Track your device fleet from a central dashboard.
Recommended MDM Providers
SnowCloud does not provide MDM services, but the following providers are compatible with the Operator App:
- IBM MaaS360 — Essentials tier ($4.00/device/month)
- Hexnode — Express tier ($1.08/device/month)
- Miradore — Premium tier ($3.30/device/month)
Each provider offers different levels of control and features. Compare options to find the best fit for your resort’s needs.
Your IT Administrator will need an Apple ID to manage configuration files. This is a requirement for deploying the Operator App through an MDM.
